FEES for 2019-2020? (UPDATED? 2019)

Non Grant funded sessions are charged at ?4.00 per hour.

Grant funded sessions (Early Years Entitlement – 15 Hour Funding) are available to all three and four year old children starting from the funding period after their third birthday. The funding periods and maximum hours for those periods are:

Autumn: 1 September ? 31 December ????????? ?210 hours

Spring: 1 January ? 31 March ??????????? ???????????? 165 hours

Summer: 1 April ? 31 August ??????????? ????????????? 195 hours

The Early Years Entitlement is for a maximum of 15 hours per week (at ?4.00/hr). If claiming for the full 15 hours then it needs to be claimed over two or more days. If claiming less than the 15 hours, the claim can be over one or more days per week, subject to the minimum of 2.5 hours and a maximum of 10 hours.

To claim for the 15 Hours Funding you will need to provide the preschool with a copy of your child?s birth certificate and you will need to complete a ?Parents Declaration for Nursery Education Funding? form each term, which the preschool will provide.

Fees are charged termly and a fees invoice will be issued during the first week of the term, showing the full terms entitlement or fees payable.

We do not charge for any sessions until you have used all your allocated funded hours. Therefore you must notify us when you are intending to use some or all of your funding at another childcare setting so that we can adjust our fees envelope calculation accordingly.

Additional hours are charged at ?4.00 per hour.

Unfortunately, if your child is unable to attend booked sessions due to holiday or illness you will still be charged.

Our Baby & Toddler Group sessions are charged per family at a cost of ?2.50 for the first child and 50p for any additional child. Children must be accompanied by a parent or carer during these sessions.
